At Dreamshade, customer satisfaction is a top priority. If you’re not happy with your purchase, please read our return and refund terms below.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns for:

- Damaged or defective items

- Incorrect products received

To be eligible, you must:

- Contact us within 14 days of receiving your item

- Provide photo proof of damage or issue

- Ensure the item is unused, in original packaging

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

- Change of mind

- Wrong size/color ordered by mistake

- Sale items or gift cards

3. Return Process

1. Email support@dreamshade.shop with your order number and issue.

2. Our team will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.

3. You may be required to ship the item back to the supplier (often international).

4. Once received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund or replacement.

Important: Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or wrongly shipped.

4. Refunds

- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

- It may take 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect depending on your bank or card issuer.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after confirmation:

- Check your bank account

- Contact your credit card company

- Then contact your bank
